Short version: we use what you send to answer you, and nothing else.
What the form collects
The contact form asks for your name, an email address and a message. The phone number, the type of service and the property address are optional: you can send the form without them.
We ask for the property address because the size and location of a property change what a job involves. If you would rather not write it down, leave it blank and tell us over the phone.
What we do with it
The message arrives as an email to the business owners, Jonathan and Francisca Gomez. We use it to prepare a quote and to answer you. We do not sell it, share it or add you to any mailing list.
How long we keep it
The message stays in the business email account. If you want us to delete your enquiry, write to us and we will remove it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are all served from this domain, not from anyone else's.
There is one exception. The contact page embeds a map from Google Maps so you can see where we are. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's terms and not ours. Every other page loads nothing from third parties.
